Larry was the original nerd, before it was cool to be a nerd. He always had such passion for the things and people that he liked. I would have guessed that he would gravitate towards politics. I imagine that he enjoyed living in D.C. We used to exchange Christmas cards, but that was years ago. I would have liked to say good bye to him, but we drifted apart.

I am so sorry to hear about Larry.  He was also a classmate of mine at St. Pius X for 8 years.  He was a genius and all-around great guy.  May he rest in peace.

Larry was a great freind, and one of the smartest people I ever met.  He also loved a good practical joke.  My favorite was when he coated a portion of the chem lab bench with silver nitrate.  When his lab partner (Chuck Malek) enterred he put his bare arms on the bench.  Nothing visible immediately, but 2 hours later when he was outside for PE his arms turned black.  Chuck told me later that he worked for over an hour that evening to remove the stain, finally resorting to a wire brush.
